1. Scope and Our Role

This Policy does not govern another app selected through the system share sheet, an external website you open, or a remote image server operated by an email sender.

This Policy applies to the Cleanup Storage Master iOS App and pages or services that link to it. We process only information necessary to provide the App's features and act as the controller where applicable law assigns that role. Apple, RevenueCat, and AppsFlyer independently control information they process under their own policies.

3. On-Device Feature Data

3.1 Photos and Videos

With permission, the App accesses media through PhotoKit. Vision features, keyframes, hashes, similarity groups, and compression are primarily computed on-device. Scan caches may store asset identifiers, metadata, and derived features in the App's cache to avoid repeat scans; they are not uploaded to our servers. iOS may clear caches, and uninstalling removes them.

The App processes only media that is locally available on the device and disables network downloads in its PhotoKit requests. An asset that exists only in iCloud and has not been downloaded to the device is skipped or shown as unavailable. Deletion uses Apple's confirmation and moves assets to Recently Deleted; the App does not read or empty that album.

3.2 Contacts and Calendars

Contact and calendar analysis occurs on-device and is not uploaded to our servers. Contact backups are local vCard files retained until you delete them or uninstall. Calendar deletion affects only selected, modifiable system events.

3.3 Camera, Microphone, Face ID, and Private Album

Camera and Microphone are used only when you capture media directly into Private Album. Face ID evaluation is performed by iOS LocalAuthentication; we do not receive or store biometric templates. Private media uses complete iOS file protection and is excluded from iCloud backup. The PIN itself is not stored; only a salted digest is stored in Keychain. Local media files do not have separate application-layer end-to-end encryption and rely on iOS sandboxing, file protection, your device passcode, and the PIN/Face ID gate.

5. Analytics, Purchases, and Third Parties

ServicePurpose and Possible DataPolicy
RevenueCatApp-scoped user ID, products, transaction receipts, subscription/entitlement status, and AppsFlyer attribution ID if analytics is allowed, for purchase validation and entitlement management.RevenueCat Privacy Policy
AppsFlyerAfter you tap “Get Started” during initial onboarding: app-scoped user ID, AppsFlyer ID, IP address, device/app and network information, and usage events for install attribution and product analytics. Ad personalization and ad storage flags are set to false. IDFA is accessed only after system tracking authorization.AppsFlyer Privacy Policy

Purchase services such as RevenueCat may operate after launch to validate membership entitlements. Analytics and attribution begin after you tap “Get Started” during initial onboarding. Denying App Tracking Transparency prevents access to a valid IDFA and tracking that requires that authorization, but it does not disable first-party usage analytics or other measurement that does not rely on IDFA. You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings. Stop using and uninstall the App to stop future collection by the App.

6. Purposes and Legal Bases

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

7. Sharing, Sale, and Advertising

We do not sell your photos, videos, contacts, calendars, or Private Album content, and we do not use that content for personalized advertising. Media, contact, calendar, and Private Album data remain on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. We share limited device, purchase, or usage information with the providers described in this Policy only when necessary for subscriptions, attribution, analytics, or legal requirements.

8. Storage, Retention, and International Transfers

Media features, contact and calendar data, Private Album content, and scan caches generally remain on your device until you delete them, iOS clears a cache, or you uninstall the App. Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase records as required for their operations and legal obligations. Third-party providers may process limited device, purchase, or analytics information internationally, subject to applicable safeguards.

9. Security

We use iOS sandboxing, file protection, Keychain, access controls, least privilege, HTTPS in transit, and redacted diagnostics to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Use a device passcode, keep your software updated, and protect your Private Album PIN or Face ID settings.

10. Your Choices and Rights

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take steps required by applicable law.

12. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy for feature, legal, or security reasons. Material changes will be notified through the App, the document page, or another reasonable method. Where renewed consent is required, we will obtain it before the change takes effect.
